We are seeking aSenior Supply Chain Analystto join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights that enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic initiatives.


About the Role


As aSenior Supply Chain Analyst, you will be the analytical engine behind critical decision-making across procurement, planning, logistics, and operations. You'll design and develop dashboards, models, and reports that enable data transparency and process improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.


This role will also supportSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)processes, supplier performance analysis, and digital transformation efforts, helping to build a more scalable, agile, and resilient supply chain function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support performance improvement and cost savings.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and data models usingExcel, Power BI, and SQLto monitor KPIs across procurement, inventory, logistics, and production.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Finance to support cross-functional initiatives and decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support forS&OP processes, including forecast accuracy, demand variability, and inventory health reporting.
  • Lead supply chain reporting efforts to deliver accurate, timely insights to senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Monitor and report onsupplier performance, identifying bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
  • SupportERP (SAP)enhancements and promote best practices in data management and governance.
  • Play a key role in digital transformation initiatives, leveraging analytics to improve scalability and resilience in supply chain operations.


What You Bring

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft ExcelandPower BI; working knowledge ofSQLor similar tools.
  • Strong experience withERP systems(SAP preferred) as a super user or advanced contributor.
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, procurement support, or manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Familiarity withS&OP, inventory optimization, and supplier performance management.
