About the Role:

Barrington James is proud to partner with an innovative and fast-growing biopharmaceutical company seeking a talented PK/PD Modeller with at least 3 years of experience in pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modelling. This fully remote UK-based position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge drug development programs across multiple therapeutic areas.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute population PK and PK/PD models to support dose selection, trial design, and regulatory strategy.

Perform model-based simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g. NONMEM, Monolix, R, or similar).

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to provide scientific and strategic insights.

Prepare high-quality reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.

Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Ideal Candidate:

MSc or PhD in pharmacometrics, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, statistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of practical PK/PD modelling experience in an industry or academic setting.

Strong technical proficiency with modelling software (e.g. NONMEM, Monolix) and programming tools (e.g. R, Python).

Solid understanding of clinical pharmacology and model-informed drug development.

Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
