We are currently looking to recruit a time served pipe fitter for a very long-term role (permanent for right person) in and around the Widnes area. Experienced working on petrochemical sites/pharmaceutical/oil and gas sites is essential. This is not a commercial works.
The candidate must be able to measure (point to point) to enable fabrication and understand pipework isometric drawings to enable fabricating/installing new pipework.
He/she must be willing to liaise with the client and client operations (to enable permit signing and requests) as there may be periods, they will be on site alone. They must also be able to works as a team, as at other periods they will be working in small teams. They must have a full clean driving licence.
This work is outside of IR35 so we can payroll limited
