Salary: Up to £64,000 (pro rata) + Bonus, Store discounts, 33 days AL, Fees paid + much more!

Hours: Part Time, 38.5 hours per week

Location: Beckton, East London

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading retail pharmacy chains in the search for a diligent Pharmacy Manager to join their dynamic team in Beckton, East London. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be able to work effectively as a part of a cohesive team. You’ll have a “can-do” attitude and will have a passion for providing great care. My client is open to accepting candidates from varied backgrounds- so whether you have experience in primary care, secondary care, or even if you’re newly qualified, this may be the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community

- Managing the pharmacy team to include and day to day operations

- Procure and prepare medicines as needed.

- Dispense medicines effectively and accurately.

- Organising prescriptions for patients.

- Use excellent communication skills to ensure patients’ needs are met.


What You’ll Bring

- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

- MPharm, BPharm or equivalent.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Proven post qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.


Location

This Community Pharmacy is based in Beckton and commutable form East Ham, Plaistow, Barking, Ilford, Romford, Dagenham, Woolwich, Greenwich, Stratford, Rainham, Hornchurch and Chadwell Heath.
