Job Title:Pharmacy Manager

Salary:up to£60,000 DOE

A Reading based cosmetic medical and pharmaceutical supplier is on the lookout for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join the growing pharmacy team.


They are looking for a reliable and experienced individual who will serve as the responsible pharmacist overseeing all pharmacy activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with GPhC and UK pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and quality control
  • Provide training and ensure adherence to SOPs
  • Maintain security, oversee inventory accuracy, and prevent losses
  • Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Registered Pharmacist with a valid UK license
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial pharmacy role
  • Strong knowledge of GPhC regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
