About the role:

Excellent introduction to the Pharmaceutical Industry. Specialist role responsible for contacting Health Care Professionals and gaining access for Key Account Management team to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals across hospitals and Mental Health Networks across the UK.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Telemarketing for dynamic Pharmaceutical company
  • Accountable for gaining access and updating Health Care professionals on environment for Mental Health and Antimicrobial products.
  • Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication channels
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship
  • Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives
  • Rapidly build meaningful and productive relationships with external stakeholders to assess and address customer’s needs (including strong emphasis on enabling digital interactions but with the flexibility to meet customer interaction preferences).
  • Contribute to the brand team’s insight generation plan by feeding in relevant learnings to ensure continued strategic development.
  • Ensure that all activities are not only strategically sound but also compliant with medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review processes, and ABPI standards.
