The Opportunity

As an Associate Consultant in Value Communications, you will support the development of high-quality materials such as value dossiers, systematic literature reviews (SLRs), and evidence synthesis reports. This role allows you to refine your skills, work more independently, and contribute directly to client success, while learning from experienced professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating value dossiers, reimbursement dossiers, and other communication tools
  • Support the preparation of systematic literature reviews and data synthesis reports
  • Perform literature searches and data extraction
  • Ensure all analyses align with client goals and market access requirements
  • Contribute to client meetings and workshops by presenting assigned sections
  • Manage individual tasks within broader project timelines
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to team standards and guidelines


About You

  • Education: Postgraduate degree in a Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in market access, value communications, or evidence synthesis
  • Knowledge of systematic literature reviews and basic understanding of HTA processes.
  • Understanding of market access and payer requirements
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Intermediate project management skills, with the ability to manage deliverable sections independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and referencing tools (e.g., EndNote, Covidence)
