Role Overview:

As a Partner Marketing Manager, your role will be to enable IT resellers to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will consult on marketing tactics, manage partner relationships, and provide strategic and operational support, including training, campaign management and reporting. This position combines elements of project management, partner enablement, marketing consultancy, and relationship building in a dynamic B2B technology environment.


Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, manage, and support partner marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals across EMEA

· Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance on marketing & sales tools and strategies to promote vendor products.

· Foster trusted relationships with key decision-makers to enable long-term success.

· Advise on and support the execution of marketing tactics, both online and offline

· Liaise with suppliers to facilitate top partnership contract renewals and drive usage and penetration growth among your partners

· Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign KPIs and overall performance, sharing feedback and recommendations.

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, showcasing progress and actionable insights.

· Organize and deliver marketing webinars and one annual in-person event

· Collaborate with local teams on MDF requests and claims, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

· Manage agencies, oversee deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes.


Skills and Qualifications:

· Previous experience of 4/5 years working in a Marketing and/or Partner Management role, ideally in the tech sector

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· The ability to grow relationships and becoming a trusted advisor

· Tech-savvy with an aptitude for process improvement

· Operational ability and willingness to drive efficiency and innovation

· Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner

· Experience of planning and managing marketing plans and campaigns; both online (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives).

· Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills (Smartsheet or PowerBI will be a plus) with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner

· Passion for technology and keeping up with marketing trends.
