Opportunity for an engineering recruitment specialist, to manage a team of consultants for this leading recruitment agency based in central Bristol. You’ll be joining a strong firm, with a great reputation and a loyal base of clients.

We’re seeking a proven engineering sector recruiter. Ideally you’ll have managed people before - providing support and coaching to others as needed. Whilst you won’t need to be the highest biller in the team, you’ll be comfortable to maintain your own portfolio of clients and to contribute with some placements personally.

This is a great opportunity to join a very friendly recruitment business - that is in a strong position financially, with a bright future. This is a varied role and you’ll have plenty of autonomy on a day to day basis. You’ll be able to work from home 2 days per week / in the office for 3 days per week.
