The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the firm operates within all relevant legal, and regulatory frameworks and will take the lead on developing and implementing compliance policies.This is an exciting opportunity to work within an ever-growing team that will support you in your ongoing personal and professional development.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and continually update compliance policies and procedures aligned with relevant professional and financial regulations (e.g., ICAEW, Anti Money Laundering). * Drive effective communication of policies to all staff members and ensure proper training is in place * Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks across company operations. * Carry out regular compliance audits and quality check client files and client communications * Oversee client onboarding procedures * Manager Regulatory reporting; main and report on data for regulatory bodies as required.
