Job Title: Part Time Receptionist
Location: Warrington WA4 5LU
Salary: £12.00- £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:00- 13:00
Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist for our client who is a laboratory and office building for companies from sectors such as biomedical, materials, process technology and clean technology.

As a Part Time Receptionist your duties will be: -

" Making sure reception is set up in the morning, turning on lights, signing in and out iPad on desk.
" Setting up Managers office making sure lights are on, windows opened and refreshments available.
" Ensure all meeting rooms are set up and managed to a high standard.
" Dealing with the post and informing tenants of any parcel deliveries gaining signatures if required.
" Handling incoming emails from tenants or visitors in a timely and efficient manner.
" Arranging and booking meeting rooms for tenants.
" Answering calls and directing them to the relevant people.
" Making sure visitors sign in and out and visitor passes provided.
" Monitoring CCTV on car park ensuring tenants and visitors are parking in the correct designated locations.
" Liaising with contractors regarding stock supplies for food machines in communal areas.
" Perform Fire Warden and First Aid duties as and when required in line with training.

The successful Part Time Receptionist will have the following skills: -

" Experience working within a similar role previously.
" Friendly, helpful, and polite manner.
" Good understanding of Microsoft Packages such as Outlook and Excel.
" Excellent communication and time management skills.
" Good attention to detail
