Are you an Administrator / PA or similar looking for an exciting and varied stable role within a growing Manufacturing company where you will be directly supporting the MD on a day-to-day basis in a role offering ongoing opportunities for progression as the company develops?

This company are a well-established Manufacturer of bespoke equipment for a broad client base including global leading names within the Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical industries. They have seen rapid growth in recent years to the point they have a full order book for the next 5 years and are looking to expand their team to further this and compete with some of the largest names in the sector.

You will be responsible for assisting the MD on a day-to-day basis with a range of administrative and organisational and finance tasks, in addition to booking travel, meetings and supporting him with his role across the board. Further to this you will work closely with the finance manager, other departments and more junior members of staff as you work primarily Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

This days-based role would suit a Senior Administrator / PA or similar looking for a stable and long term role within a rapidly growing company providing the platform to further your career and increase your earnings through a bonus.

The Role:

  • Support the MD with scheduling diary, booking meetings etc.
  • Check incoming delivery notes and invoices
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Liaise with other office staff, finance manager and other teams
  • Monday-Friday role
