The Company

We are recruiting for an experienced Order Processing Administrator to join our client leading manufacturing company who are based in the Worcester. 

Order Processing Administrator

The successful candidate:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A polite and friendly telephone and written manner.
High attention to detail with a right-first-time approach.
Can do attitude and positive mindset.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Receptive to new ideas, approaches, and ways of working.
Able to adjust to changing circumstances and demands.
A team player with the ability to work independently.
Computer literate in Microsoft packages, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Order Processing Administrator

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the Customer Logistics Team with all aspects of order management and supply chain topics. Your role we focus on accurate and timely order processing, problem solving and providing excellent customer service via phone and email:

End to end customer order management from receipt to dispatch and thereafter.
Fulfil price and availability queries for our entire product range including confirmation of live and obsolete part numbers.
Resolve part identification and compatibility queries on products, electrification products and all relevant Accessories and Spare Parts by using specialist digital tools.
Liaise with Transport and couriers to advise delivery queries and resolve issue that may arise.  
Advise on returns and discrepancy topics and process relevant credits/debits, refunds.
