Position - Parts Administrator
Salary - £40,000-£50,000
Location - South Leicester
Hours - Full time hours, Hybrid options available

SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a marketing leading pharmaceutical business based in Leicester
This is a full-time administration role primarily to take ownership of the Parts business.

Key duties as the Parts Administrator

  • Liaise with customers to establish spare parts required
  • Setup the enquiry on the internal system
  • Liaise with third party suppliers for quotations of site works when required.
  • Liaise with Parent Factory for all queries related to supply of parts
  • Generate the quotation details for the parts required using Sage system
  • Generate the quotation details for the labour requirements of the engineering quotes.
  • Receipting of customer orders and creation of internal project codes to track all correspondence from the customer.
  • Involvement with the planning of the site engineers to complete the installation of the parts when required by the customer
  • Tracking completion of the site works with field engineers
  • Creation and processing of intercompany invoicing.
  • Tracking and closing off completed works with customer engagement.
  • Calculation of chargeable costs for variable priced engineering works.
  • Final invoicing to customers on completion of work and ensuring payments are followed up with the agreed payment terms.
  • Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction
