Due to growth in business strategy, the Operations Director is looking to recruit into his team someone to take the reins of production operations at this specialist manufacturing business who will manage efficiencies and will lead a motivated team of 25.

Within the key role of Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence. You'll be responsible for optimising production processes, ensuring high-quality outputs, and leading a growing team of talented individuals. With a focus on health and safety, production output and people development, you'll play a key role in streamlining operations and fostering a culture of improvement.

The successful candidate will: -

  • Have proven experience in Operations, gained within an engineering/process environment.
  • Be a natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing people.
  • Be a strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach to overcoming operational challenges and driving efficiency.
  • Be a strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and foster a positive, productive work environment.

    On offer: -

  • A salary circa £55,000
