The Role – Weighbridge Administrator

As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of site logistics, customer service, and compliance with health and safety policies. Your main responsibilities will include accurately weighing vehicles, managing logistics, and processing data using internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Control and monitor the safe entry of drivers, vehicles, and pedestrians onto the site.
Identify and report any logistics-related issues to relevant teams.
Weigh vehicles in and out using specialized software, ensuring performance targets are met.
Classify waste types according to European Waste Classification (EWC) codes.
Verify tickets and allocate stock using Prisma software.
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a weighbridge role
Experience using SAP and Prisma software is essential
Knowledge of compliance and duty of care regulations
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Commercial awareness and critical thinking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced level)
