STADA UK - National Sales Manager - Renal/Biosimilars

We are looking for a results-drivenNational Sales Managerto lead our UK sales team and drive sustainable growth in a competitive and evolving healthcare environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping national sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and building strong partnerships across the NHS and wider healthcare landscape.


How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead and manage the national sales team (KAMs/HPMs) for the Renal andBiosimilars portfolio across the UK.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and KPI targets.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including HCPs and local/regional NHS influencers and decision makers.
  • Analyse activity data and insights to inform coaching and development conversations to drive performance.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform agile business planning and reporting.
  • Build customer level reports to demonstrate and track the progress and impact of the team to understand adoption, identify opportunities and barriers, and drive high impact engagement.
  • Drive omnichannel customer engagement strategies aligned with brand and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Insights and other teams to ensure execution drives success.
  • Ensure full compliance with ABPI code, company SOPs, and ethical business practices

What We Are Looking For:

  • You hold a degree in Life Sciences or Business (postgraduate qualification preferred) and are ABPI-qualified.
  • Proven sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with sales experience in renal and/or biosimilars.
  • Strong track record in sales leadership, consistently exceeding targets, developing and managing best in class teams.
  • Deep understanding of the NHS (including devolved nations), market access pathways, and healthcare stakeholder dynamics.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic territory planning.
  • Skilled in omnichannel customer engagement and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with a collaborative and adaptable style.
  • Highly positive, with a can-do mindset, execution focused, high levels of accountability, learning agility, and commitment to ethical standards
  • Willingness to travel most of the time through the UK and regularly to our office in Reading.
