Post title: Area Sales Manager

Salary grade: starting from £43+ with extra on target bonus

Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week

Sales Areas/Postcodes: SA, CF, NP, GL, BS

Reports to: National Sales manager / Commercial Manager

Service area: Commercial Department

This position aims to sell and develop opportunities for existing and potential new customers throughout the sales area mentioned above.

  • To implement an effective sales strategy.
  • To develop new sales opportunities and increase market share throughout the sales areas mentioned above.
  • Provide expert support and customer care on the Fassa Bortolo products.
  • To deliver CPD presentations and specifications to Architects and other professional organisations.
  • To complete monthly project log, weekly call report, sales data base.
  • On site assistance as and when required.

Experience and Knowledge

This position would ideally suit someone from an existing construction sales background who is looking for their next career move.

  • 2-3 years previous sales experience of working in the building material industry is advantageous, however good knowledge and an enthusiastic attitude will also be taken into consideration.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Construction industry functions and roles
  • Willing to travel with overnight stays where necessary.

Fassa UK is still expanding its product portfolio and therefore are looking for ambitious individual to take the brand and the products into the future.
