Evolve are recruiting for a leading healthcare organisation who are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their team. This role involves the promotion and growth of a successful range of Optometry treatments across West London, South Central and South East territories, focusing primarily on working with Optometrists.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Ideal Requirements for an Area Sales Manager

  • Experience in working in Optometry/Optics sector.

  • Proven record of achieving sales success.

  • Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products with an account management approach.

    Role Responsibilities for an Area Sales Manager

  • Engage in impactful and persuasive customer interactions that build strong relationships and drive account objectives forward.

  • Maintain a high standard of knowledge on products and the competition.

  • Have a full understanding of the internal customers who could add value to the achievement of account objectives.

  • Develop a business plan for the area to manage all aspects of the business.
