Are you an ambitious Area Sales Manager or similar, used to working to high targets looking for an autonomous role within the packaging industry?

Do you want to be financially rewarded for your hard work through a generous, uncapped commission scheme while progressing into management, with the potential to start your own sales team and move up to Sales Director level?

This company, established over 30 years ago, have since grown to over 40 staff members, with additional subsidiary companies throughout the UK and Ireland. They specialize in packaging, and are one of the largest importers and exporters in Ireland, supplying to a range of industries including Manufacturing, Engineering as well as Food and Beverage and Pharmaceutical. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a B2B Sales Manager to their team.

In this role you will join a tight-knit sales team as you will work autonomously, managing your own diary, generating new business through cold calls and emails. You will meet with both existing and new clients across Ireland building client relationships. This a very exciting time to join a rapidly growing company where you will have a real impact on business growth, as well as the potential to progress your career and run your own sales team.

This role would suit an Area Sales Manager or similar looking to progress their career within a rapidly growing company, while benefiting from a generous commission structure and flexible working.

The Role:

Meet with new and existing clients across Ireland, advising on products and upselling.
Work to high sales targets.
Manage own diary and work remotely.
Tuesday - Friday on the road.The Person:
