MEP Commissioning Manager (Electrical Biased) New Build Automotive Facility
Near Fishbourne, West Sussex (site-based) | Start ASAP | Permanent position

The Role:
An experienced MEP Commissioning Manager with an electrical bias is needed to lead commissioning across five new buildings at a flagship automotive manufacturing site. You'll manage the full commissioning process, working closely with specialist subcontractors and client teams to ensure a smooth, compliant handover.

The Project:
This is a large-scale industrial build covering over 41,000 sqm of manufacturing space. The project is part of a strategic expansion for a globally recognised automotive brand, featuring complex services integration and tight timelines.

Must-Have:
• Proven MEP commissioning experience, electrical bias essential
• Experience on large industrial, manufacturing, or logistics projects
• Ability to manage documentation, testing, compliance, and sign-off
• Confident working with subcontractors, client teams, and QA procedures
• Relevant site tickets preferred: CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS

Also suitable for:
Commissioning Manager, MEP Manager, Electrical Commissioning Engineer, Building Services Manager, MEP Lead, or Services Manager.
