What We're Looking For:

Experience & Skills:
Proven leadership managing Mechanical and Civil Engineering teams.
Strong background in mechanical maintenance and industrial manufacturing projects.
Expertise in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Excellent personnel and communication skills - collaborate across all levels of the business and with external agencies like HSE.
Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:
HNC in Mechanical Engineering (minimum) - degree preferred.
10+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Adaptable, organized, and ready to handle multiple complex projects.
