This position: Mechanical Design Engineer is with one of The Midlands top Contractors who are leading the way across sectors including Food & beverage, Process, Nuclear, Defence, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector & Real Estate

You will be the Lead in terms of Mechanical Design – someone that is a trusted and instrumental part of the team.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will be:

• Designing and developing HVAC systems for industrial and commercial premises
  
  
• The technical support for the project teams
  
  
• Reviewing designs and specifications for accuracy and compliance
  
  
• Co-ordinating with clients, architects, and project teams
  
  
• Conducting site inspections
  
  We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer, with either a Consultancy or a Contracting background. Furthermore, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering.
  
  As a Mechanical Design Engineer your salary will be within the £50-55K plus car region and as part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme, life assurance, sick pay and pension scheme.
