Marketing Operations Manager / London / £35000 to £45000 DOE

Our client, a leading life sciences organisation specialising in dermatology are currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Manager, you will have the chance to support the core marketing teams by ensuring the effectiveness and execution of key operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Marketing Brand Managers with yearly congress plans.
Support recruitment/onboarding processes with HR.
Upload marketing materials to Veeva Promo Mats and obtain timely approvals.
Onboard new agencies/suppliers and prepare Fair Market assessment forms.
Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely approval.
Approve and check all invoices via the Coupa System.
Manage the Marketing VM (Budget Tracker) with the Brand Manager.
Create and maintain the Team Calendar.
Arrange internal and external meetings within budgets.
Oversee donation requests for PDT clinics.
Act as Compliance Champion, ensuring SOP compliance.
Participate in the Compliance Monitoring team.
Ensure compliance with the ABPI code of practice.
Adhere to all company policies.
Ideal person:

Excellent project management and logistical skills.
Strong collaborator across internal functions.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with Veeva Promo Mats and PO systems.
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical organisation.
