We are seeking aMarketing Manager IIto join a leading global organization in the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and influence product performance across dynamic markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within allocated marketing budgets.
  • Drive content development for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform strategy and anticipate market shifts.
  • Monitor and analyze tactical plan execution to ensure optimal brand growth.
  • Lead cross-functional brand teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the development of promotional activities in line with compliance guidelines and internal SOPs.
  • Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and evaluate marketing mix effectiveness.
  • Identify market opportunities through customer interaction and data analysis.
  • Execute both centrally and regionally initiated marketing activities.
  • Monitor product performance and environmental factors, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong project and operations management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and drive brand performance.
