Hobson Prior is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility. You will work closely with leadership to inform decisions using market insights and data. Your focus will be on creating effective campaigns, supporting business growth, and ensuring consistent internal communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing plans that align with business priorities and budgets.
  • Develop strategies across various channels like digital platforms, events, and advertising.
  • Use market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and present findings to improve services.
  • Manage internal communications and produce high-quality content.
  • Support the commercial team with persuasive content for proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure consistent use of brand elements across all channels.
  • Organize and manage logistics for industry conferences and events.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications for advisory boards.
  • Assist with marketing and communication needs for corporate initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing within the life sciences sector.
  • Ability to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to use data for strategy development and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in organizing international events and client activities.
  • Collaborative approach to work with different teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing systems like CRMs.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields.
