Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with background in the biopharmaceutical industry to lead our off-line marketing activities across the EU and US regions. This role will focus on driving marketing events and initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering growth in these key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, events. This role will also require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the corporate global marketing to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute EU and US conferences and tradeshows, ensuring maximum brand visibility and engagement.
  • Lead the organization of self-hosted workshops in the EU and US, including speaker coordination and logistics management.
  • Collaborate with corporate team on co-marketing events and support on corporate marketing events in Europe

2. Webinar Live Hosting

  • Oversee the live hosting of webinars, ensuring seamless execution and high audience engagement. This includes moderating sessions, managing Q&A, and ensuring a professional and engaging experience for participants.

3. Content Polishing

  • Review and polish English-language marketing content to ensure it aligns with Western language and cultural norms
  • Work closely with headquarter teams to enhance the quality and impact of marketing communications.

4. Marketing Insights and Strategy

  • Provide regional marketing insights and analysis to inform strategy and decision-making, ensuring our campaigns resonate with local audiences.
  • Support on marketing strategy development and implement to enhance our brand presence in the EU and US.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with the corporate global marketing team and team member in headquarter to share regional insights, best practices, and ensure cohesive execution of marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

1. Education:Bachelor and above degree in Marketing, or Biologics background

2. Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Experience in managing EU and US markets is essential.

3. Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and execute successful marketing events and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in live hosting and public speaking.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

4. Attributes:

  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build strong working relationships across teams and regions.

Location:Home based in the UK, English native speaker, with biz travel within EU area expected.
