Trade Marketing Manager Hybrid – London | Full-time | Skincare & Beauty Sector
I'm currently working with a well-established and globally respected leader in the dermo-cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, and I'm looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their UK team.
About the Role As Trade Marketing Manager, you'll act as the key link between sales and marketing, owning the development and execution of trade marketing strategies across E-Retail, Pharmacy, and Grocery channels . You’ll play a crucial role in driving brand growth, enhancing shopper experience, and ensuring that go-to-market strategies are aligned with both brand identity and commercial priorities.
Responsibilities Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
Lead go-to-market plans across E-Retail, Pharmacy, and Grocery, aligned with brand and sales priorities.

Collaborate with sales teams.

Identify underperforming categories and develop action plans.

Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.

Performance & Budget
Analyse ROI on trade activities and optimise performance.

Manage and track the Trade Marketing budget.

Ideal Candidate 4+ years in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing (Beauty, FMCG or Consumer Goods)

Strong understanding of retail environments and e-commerce

Confident analysing sales data and market trends

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised

Strong relationship builder – both internally and with external partners

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite; experience with marketing tools is a plus

You’ll Be: Passionate about beauty and skincare, with a good grasp of industry trends

Creative and commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership

A confident communicator and a true team player
