Accountable for the strategic and operational direction of our Neuroscience Brand Strategy, leading enterprise-wide teams to deliver sales and market share growth with full profit & loss accountability. Role will lead existing brand indication and have accountability for launching a new indication.

This role is based in the London office in the UK on a hybrid working basis, requiring 12 days per month in the office.

Major Accountabilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams in collaboration with other leadership members (Market Access, Medical, Finance), building consensus and providing operational direction.
  2. Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan.
  3. Oversee launch preparedness and execution across all functions (Commercial/Access/Medical).
  4. Manage profit and loss for the brand(s), ensuring active management across the therapeutic area.
  5. Monitor product performance, competitive environment, and customer base to adapt plans swiftly.
  6. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  7. Assess ROI of programs and collaborate with Solutions, PRMs, Market Access, Medical, Governmental Affairs, and P&O for proper execution.
  8. Present strategy and action plans to senior management to address market threats or deviations in sales targets.
  9. Represent UK in calls with regional and global teams and contribute to global/TA strategic decisions.

    Role Requirements

  • Proven people management and leadership experience.
  • Strong marketing background from a large pharmaceutical company, including launch experience.
  • Experience in Neuroscience Disease Area with a similar patient journey is beneficial.
  • HTA experience is a plus, given the UK environment.
