Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced (Remote) Global Marketing Director for Cibinqo (Abrocitinib) within the Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) team. This role is crucial in leading the global medical education and marketing strategy for a breakthrough product expected to become a blockbuster for Pfizer.
What you’ll do:
Lead the global marketing strategy, design, and execution for Cibinqo, targeting HCPs worldwide.
Manage the brand's presence at global medical dermatology congresses and scientific events.
Collaborate with HCP Strategy Lead and medical teams to deliver clinically relevant insights.
Design and implement Pfizer-sponsored medical education events, including Masterclasses.
Partner with KOLs and regional teams to deliver impactful training and education initiatives.
Champion understanding of the Pfizer immuno-inflammation pipeline and communication goals.
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to drive brand impact and customer engagement.
Your superpowers:
Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
Significant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, strategy, and global product launch.
Proven track record of leading global marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong ability to manage large, complex projects and budgets.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Experience in managing strategic agencies and partners.
Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven and creative, with a strategic approach to brand growth.
Lead the global marketing strategy for a breakthrough pharmaceutical product.
