An innovative biotechnology company is establishing a state-of-the-art mRNA vaccine manufacturing facility in Oxford, with the mission to advance global health through pioneering science and technology. We’re looking for aManufacturing Technicianto join our client's high-impact production team as we build a future where access to life-saving vaccines is faster, smarter, and more secure.


About the Role:

As a key member of their growing team, you'll operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment in a high-tech, digitally driven environment. You’ll be responsible for executing production activities to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative healthcare project with national and global significance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment in compliance with cGMP and health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with QA teams to support documentation and batch release activities
  • Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform basic maintenance using hand tools and digital interfaces
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, precision, and operational excellence
  • Embrace digital tools and systems to improve processes and solve issues quickly


About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing
  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Production Technology or equivalent field ideal
  • Technically skilled with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced with chromatography, filtration, or cold chain (a plus)
  • Digitally savvy and eager to contribute to process innovation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including off-hours during production campaigns
