ROLE: Manufacturing Operative
LOCATION: Lutterworth, LE17
HOURS: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:00pm; Friday 6:00am – 1:00pm
PAY: £12.71ph

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Operative to join the production unit of one of our long-standing clients. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career within a regulated and clean manufacturing environment.

    THE ROLE:

  • Blending fine powders to produce high-quality vitamins according to strict operating procedures

  • Manual handling of materials (lifting up to 20kg)

  • Completing detailed production records and documentation

  • Working within a cleanroom-style environment with full gowning protocols

  • Following health, safety, and hygiene standards in a regulated setting

  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality

    THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good Maths and English skills to ensure accurate record keeping

  • Comfortable performing manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg

  • Willingness to comply with strict hygiene and gowning procedures

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • No previous experience required – training will be fully provided

    Important Info:
    Due to the nature of the role, applicants should be comfortable working in a clean and regulated environment, similar to food or pharmaceutical production.
