Production Operative

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey within a growing manufacturing company? Our client is currently seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join their dynamic team in Lewes on a temporary to permanent basis!

Position: Production Operative
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Lewes

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Hourly Rate: £12.60

What You'll Do:

Picking and packing products with great care and precision
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ideally adhering to Good Manufacturing practises (GMP)
Completing production records accurately
Working within the production department
Carrying out in-process quality checks to uphold our commitment to excellence
Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deadlines

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who possesses:

  1. Good Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature will ensure that every product meets our quality standards.
  2. Picking and Packing Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, especially within food or pharmaceutical settings, is essential.
  3. High-Quality Standards: You understand the importance of quality in production and take pride in your work.
