Are you a maintenance manager with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment?

Do you want to join a well-established and rapidly growing, multi-site company that plays a vital role in global industrial applications and prides themselves on first class training and development?

Due to continued investment and business expansion, my client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team working out of their state of the art facility in Zaandam. The successful applicant will inherit a well performing maintenance team with approximately 15 direct reports and your role will be to lead and develop this department.

The ideal candidate will come from a background within manufacturing, production or similar and be able to demonstrate managerial experience within maintenance previously.

The Role:

  • Oversee maintenance department
  • Roughly 15 direct reports to manage and develop

  • Experience within manufacturing or production companies
  • Can demonstrate working as a Maintenance manager or similar previously
  • Strong in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
