Are you a Maintenance Manager or similar with an Engineering background looking to work in a growing cold storage company taking charge of maintenance in a role that will provide training, a host of company benefits and a defined progression path leading to you becoming an Engineering Manager?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company who provide cold storage and logistic solutions to a number of clients in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries. They have been in operation for over 40 years and have big plans to expand with new sites over the next few years.

This role will revolve around overseeing and planning the planned preventative maintenance of machinery on all the companies sites. You will be monitoring the work of a team of 10 engineers over all sites and also any contractors that are brought in. This role will include travel to the companies sites.

This role would suit a Maintenance manager or similar with ambitions to step into an Engineering manager role in the next few years for a growing company who can provide ongoing training and a host of great benefits.
