Step into this vital role as a Logistics Planner within an innovative pharmaceutical company where your expertise will help streamline the journey of essential medicines from production to the world!

Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Planner to coordinate logistics requirements with external partners, ensuring a compliant, cost-effective, and efficient delivery process from contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) to warehouses and distribution centers. This role is essential for maintaining audit compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and book shipments from CMOs to various warehouses and distributors.
  • Interact with logistics providers and track shipments.
  • Perform inbound and outbound transactions in SAP by Design, including intercompany transfers.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Collect and verify quality documents for goods receipt and post receipts in SAP.
  • Oversee sample shipments to quality control.
  • Follow up on the final release of medicines.
  • Execute sales orders and ensure timely processing in SAP.
  • Investigate temperature deviation reports and internal complaints.
  • Maintain professional relationships with freight forwarders.
  • Track all shipments and perform analytics.
  • Optimize loads and collections to meet logistics cost targets.
  • Create 'Customer Cards' detailing shipping specifics.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in logistics planning, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in GDP and GMP standards.
  • Understanding of incoterms.
  • Agile thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Team collaboration and results-oriented approach.
