We are currently looking for a Learning Partner to join our leading biopharmaceutical client's team.


This role will support and lead the design and execution of strategic learning solutions to support commercial, medical, and market access teams across diverse international markets. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the Learning Partner will translate business needs into impactful, customized learning plans—supporting both launch and post-launch phases.

You’ll collaborate with global learning teams, therapeutic area experts, and cross-functional colleagues to co-create engaging, data-driven learning experiences. A strong understanding of digital learning tools, adult learning principles, and agile project management is essential to thrive in this fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored learning strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Support major product launches and post-launch performance through targeted learning initiatives
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and apply insights to optimize solutions
  • Collaborate across regions and functions to ensure alignment and execution
  • Leverage digital platforms and tools to enhance learner experience and scale delivery


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in international markets (UK & IRE)
  • Proven track record in learning design, facilitation, and project management
  • Background in sales, key account management (KAM) preferred
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and evaluation methods
  • Experience in the therapeutic areas of immunology preferred
  • Master’s degree, PhD, or M.D. preferred
