Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences

London (Hybrid: 3 Days in Office)

Our client is a growing and highly regarded recruitment business specialising in the life sciences sector, working with organisations across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and clinical research. Due to continued expansion, they are hiring Recruitment Consultants to join their London team, with opportunities available on contract or permanent desks.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term recruitment career within a business recognised for its award-winning learning and development, clear progression routes, and supportive, high-performance culture.

The Role
As a Life Sciences Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process within your chosen niche. Responsibilities include:



Developing and managing relationships with life sciences clients across pharma, biotech, med-tech, and CROs

*

Sourcing and engaging scientific, clinical, and technical candidates

*

Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to placement and aftercare

*

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

*

Working towards agreed KPIs and revenue targets

*

Specialising on either a contract or permanent desk

What We’re Looking For

Previous recruitment experience ideally but not essential (life sciences, healthcare, technical, or STEM sectors preferred)

*

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

*

A consultative and professional approach

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

Desire to progress within a structured training and development programme
