We are looking for a dedicated and experienced pharmacist to step into the role ofLead Pharmacist. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior clinical role where youll lead the development and delivery of pharmacy services within a specialist area. Based inGuildford, you will work as part of a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team, helping to shape the future of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.

  • Drive service development and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals.

  • Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

  • Engage in late-night, weekend, and public holiday work as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent (or near completion).
