Lead Control Engineer

£50-55k + Car Allowances + CENG Support + Pension, Healthcare + More

A key role delivering automation projects across the entire project lifecycle.

The Role:

You will take charge of complex control system projects, either independently or leading a team of 3-5 engineers.

You will be involved in all stages of the project, from creating design documentation to developing control software, testing, commissioning and handover.

If leading a team, you will manage the workload and progress of your team members, working closely with the Project Manager to meet contractual project milestones.

You will review design documents and test the software developed by your team members.

The Person:

Strong knowledge of safe working practices

PLC and HMI software development experience using at least two manufacturers devices from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Mitsubishi or Schneider.

Experience with multiple communication protocols and working with SCADA systems and VSDs.

Completion of functional design specifications
