A leading company in the scientific industry is seeking an LC-MS/MS Technical Sales Specialist to join their team based in the Central/East UK area. As the LC-MS/MS Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer solutions.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the LC-MS/MS Technical Sales Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Drive sales of mass spectrometry instruments (LC-MS/MS, HRMS, MALDI) and achieve revenue targets.

2. Manage your territory effectively, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to address customer challenges.

3. Conduct pre-sales technical discussions, assess customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and guide opportunities to closure.

4. Collaborate with demo lab specialists to plan and execute impactful product demonstrations.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the LC-MS/MS Technical Sales Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, or a related discipline.

2. Proven industry experience in technical solution selling, ideally in LC-MS.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with mass spectrometry and chromatography.
