Offering a salary of £38,000 to £63,000.Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the efficient running of the R&D laboratory, workshop and stores area * Calibration and service/inspection of all laboratory and workshop equipment * Purchase of materials, fixings and fastenings, consumables, capital equipment and tools * Planning and sequencing workloads to meet project demands * Lead contractors or other technicians, as required * Ensuring H&S is being adhered to within the laboratory, workshop & stores area, and meets our company’s standards * Ensuring risk assessments have been completedWhat we are looking for: * Demonstrated experience in Laboratory Management, managing R&D labs * Experience as a test or developmental technician for electro-mechanical products * Certificate/qualification in Engineering or equivalent * Experience collaborating with engineers to plan, develop, and execute detailed product test plans * Based in Cambridge or willing to relocate...
