About the Role:

Covering the South West and S. Wales region. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing key account plans that drive sustained growth for our Phadia allergy and autoimmunity solutions. Reporting to the Head of Laboratory Sales UK, Netherlands & Ireland, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and Grow Business: Achieve targets by maintaining existing business and expanding the Allergy & Autoimmune market.
Deliver Metrics: Meet company and individual performance metrics consistently.
Account Management: Develop and maintain accurate account plans and customer details in Salesforce (SFDC) in collaboration with Marketing, Clinical, and Technical Services teams.
Record Keeping: Log all activities and meetings accurately and promptly in SFDC.
Contract Negotiation: Lead and negotiate Contracts, including Capital sales, Reagent Rentals, and Service Contracts, ensuring timely execution.
Tender Management: Lead tender responses and engage with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), conducting regular site visits and business reviews.
Forecasting and Planning: Participate in forecasting and planning activities using TFD tools such as SFDC and Power BI.
Customer Support: Conduct onsite stock checks for Cost Per Reportable (CPR) customers.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders: Develop relationships with key opinion leaders across your territory.
Market Intelligence: Provide market feedback to Sales Manager, Marketing, and Finance.
Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication within all parts of the organization.
Compliance: Adhere to internal Quality Processes and CRM standards.
Travel: Spend the majority of time with customers face-to-face, with travel expected to be 50-75%.
Event Attendance: Attend internal and external meetings and events as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, e.g., Biomedical Science.
Relevant experience in Laboratory/Pathology Sales and/or product portfolio management.
Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC).
Strong active listening and communication skills to build trust.
Flexible, self-motivated, and well-organized.
Teammate with a collaborative attitude.
Passionate professional with a proactive attitude.
Strong commercial competence to build and develop customer relationships and close sales.
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
Analytical skills and experience working with data.
Understanding of business development principles.
Dedication to continuous personal and professional development.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
