Job Description

Receiving and registering samples Maintaining records and ensuring quality control Assembling kits for internal testing Extracting DNA from various biological sources (blood, buccal cells, saliva) Managing inventory and procuring reagents and consumables Preparing samples for the Sperm Aneuploidy Test (SAT) Performing PCR and minisequencing in the wet lab Conducting Next Generation Sequencing using the Life Technologies platform in the wet lab Performing Karyomapping in the wet lab
