Role

Responsible for engaging with HCPs and pharmacy networks to promote and sell the companies products. This role will require a strong blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and healthcare expertise to drive market penetration.

Key Responsibilities


1. Territory Sales & Business Development Develop and execute a regional sales plan to maximize market share and revenue growth. Engage with GPs, Urologists, and pharmacy chains to educate and drive adoption. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless product supply and distribution.


2. Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with primary and secondary care providers within the region. Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions with HCPs and pharmacists. Provide expert advice and guidance on product benefits, usage, and best practices.


3. Sales Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Utilize CRM tools to track and report sales activity, pipeline management, and customer interactions.


4.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Pharmacy Managers and Medical Affairs teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy. Collaborate with Marketing to develop territory-specific campaigns and engagement initiatives.


5. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence Ensure all sales activities comply with MHRA and ABPI regulations and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and ethical guidelines.


Key Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry. Strong understanding of GP prescribing pathways, Urology market, and pharmacy sales.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing territory sales plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously Experience using CRM systems for account management and reporting
