IT Support Engineer

£27,000 - £32,000

Daily Duties:

Providing technical support across the business, ensuring IT systems run smoothly.
Working closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
Managing and maintaining key infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
Assisting with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects.
Documenting processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.

Tech Stack:

Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365.
Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Networking (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls).
Backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
