CK Group are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 3 months.

Salary:

£15.08 - £17.01 PAYE per hour or £20.00 - £22.56 UMB per hour.

Customer Service Analyst Role:

Log and track end users’ incidents, working within SLA’s.
To be able to identify recurring issues and challenges that end users are experiencing, and raise these with the relevant teams for further investigation.
Ensure users receive swift resolutions to their IT queries or problems.
Provide proactive, customer focused, face to face onsite support. 
Your Background:

Beneficial to have experience working with iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad & Mac, Windows hardware and meeting room technology.
Previous experience of building and configuring computers for new starters and for upgrading existing users’ laptops is greatly beneficial.
Prior experience of working in a face to face customer service environment is desirable providing both reactive and proactive maintenance support.
