A well-established and respected global manufacturer is looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join its growing commercial team. This is a great chance to become a key player in supporting sales operations, nurturing client relationships, and driving business success.

As Internal Sales Executive you will:

Deliver outstanding customer service to clients across the UK and Ireland.
Manage the full customer journey-from initial enquiry and quotation to order processing and delivery-ensuring clear communication throughout.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to support commercial growth.
Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to exceed customer expectations.Your Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent support across order entry, quotations, and general enquiries.
Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of enquiries to recommend the best product solutions.
Process orders through the ERP system and monitor lead times and pricing.
Support the external sales team and generate weekly order books for key accounts.
Track pricing trends and flag potential margin issues.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service/internal sales role, gained within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and numerical skills with attention to detail.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a commitment to seeing tasks through to resolution.
PC literate with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A technical or engineering understanding would be a plus but is not essential.On Offer:
