We are now looking for two ILS Managers to join us on a full-time, permanent basis within highly specialised roles.

    What the role involves

    As an ILS Manager, you will lead the delivery of ILS work packages on high-impact defence and marine engineering programmes.

    Ensuring we meet MOD standards, you will take ownership of supportability analysis activities, including FMECA, LORA, LCC, task analysis, and maintenance planning, while developing Supportability Cases and Integrated Product Support strategies.

    Acting as a key interface between project teams, MOD clients, and prime contractors, you’ll ensure deliverables meet operational needs and comply with relevant defence and international standards such as DEF STAN 00-600, JSPs, and STANAG 4427.

    Additionally, you will:

  • Gather technical data for alignment with user needs and system requirements
  • Provide technical consultancy and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Contribute to internal capability development and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct obsolescence risk assessments and support engineering change impact analysis

    Who we’re looking for

    To join us as an ILS Manager, you will need:

  • Significant experience in ILS, Supportability Engineering, or related systems engineering roles
  • A background in maritime platforms, weapons systems, or complex marine engineering (defence or commercial)
  • Demonstrable experience producing structured logistics deliverables and reports in accordance with industry standards
  • Strong knowledge of ILS methodologies and UK MOD engineering/support frameworks

    Please note, you will require the right to work in the UK and be eligible to hold SC level security clearance.

    We are also looking for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager – Tactical Communications & CIS Systems.
