The Role: HR Business Partner (0.5FTE) As a pivotal part of our UK & Ireland team, you'll champion the creation of an exceptional employee experience that aligns with our EUCAN People Strategy and Global HR vision. Your role is integral in fostering employee engagement, driving people-focused solutions, and enhancing our workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Align business objectives with talent strategy, acting as both a consultant and advocate for HR-related matters.
