The Role HR Business Partner (0.5FTE): As a pivotal part of our UK & Ireland team, you'll champion the creation of an exceptional employee experience that aligns with our EUCAN People Strategy and Global HR vision. Your role is integral in fostering employee engagement, driving people-focused solutions, and enhancing our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

Align business objectives with talent strategy, acting as both a consultant and advocate for HR-related matters.

Talent Catalyst:

Facilitate talent management processes, from onboarding to development, ensuring the right people in the right roles.

Utilise analytics to inform decisions and shape our People initiatives, ensuring a responsive and impactful approach.

A degree holder with a passion for HR, experienced in navigating complex environments and an ability to influence across levels.
Results-driven, with a knack for prioritise and navigate ambiguous situations.
A change champion, equipped with exceptional communication, coaching, and project management skills.
Analytical, adept at deriving insights from data to inform decisions and action plans.
